How do I claim Warranty?
If the bag/product falls under the warranty period and is used with reasonable care, you need not worry. Here are a few steps you need to follow:
1. Click the product pictures and send it to our Customer Support Team on [email protected]. This is to assess the nature of the issue that you are facing so we can process your claim.
2. Once our Customer Support Team approves of the issue, you need to send the same product to our Service Center at your cost.
3. Once the product is received, we’ll make sure that the issue you’ve been facing is solved and see if there are any other issues to be dealt with so that the product we send back, serves you perfectly, as it is meant to be.
4. Once the product is repaired and perfect, we will send back the product to your address.
*Please Note: Our customer support team will dispatch the repaired product within 5-10 days of receiving the product.
What is the warranty period?
This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months provided the piece is used with reasonable care.
What is covered under warranty?
a) Material defect
b) Faulty workmanship
Can I get my T-Traxx Bags repaired /replaced?
Yes! We undertake repair (or replacement) of the defective piece within the warranty period and our decisions as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty are final.
Our liability for damages is restricted to repair/replacement of the defective piece only.
What do I need to claim the warranty?
The warranty card and the relevant invoice or cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the luggage unit.
Order is wrong or damaged. What to do?
While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our Customer Care Department at: +91-9594096932 or shoot us an email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof. In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us; we will reimburse the courier charges via bank transfer or online store credit.

Is there anything else that I should be aware of?
In the interest of product upgradation, we may change our product and may therefore not be able to provide a replacement for your unit.
Any dispute arising out of the purchases, use, or warranty is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
This warranty excludes every condition/warranty liability not expressly set out herein. All locks and security mechanisms fitted on the luggage are only dealing devices and can’t prevent theft of the contents and luggage.
