Can I cancel my order?

Haww! We are shocked you would want to. But let us not be dramatic. You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Send us an email on [email protected].com or call us on +91-9594096932 with your name, order number, order date, and mobile number.

Too excited to have my new bag, can I track its every step?

Don’t mind if you do! You will receive the tracking details as soon as the bags leave our warehouse.

Can I make my payment in gold?

You might be surprised that we get asked that a lot. Though our bags are gold we only accept currency. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.), Net Banking (for all major national and international banks), and many more options like UPI payments (Gpay, PayTM, Freecharge, etc.). Cash on delivery is available too albeit limited to certain pin codes.

Do you support my debit card?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you have it we take it.

Is online payment safe?

We use Cash free as our payment gateway which has been certified as fully compliant with PCI DSS version 3.2 which is the latest version sanctioned by the PCI Security Standards Council. Safety is boring but it’s safe!

This bag has a different personality than me, can I get it exchanged?

Yes you can, or for any other reason for that matter. We make sure all bags that go out our doors pass stringent quality parameters. You can get an exchange for your product or even return it altogether if you are not satisfied. A return or exchange can be filed within 5 days of order delivery and we will arrange a reverse pickup for you.

What about my money?

On cancellation of prepaid orders or return on delivered orders the returns are punched in immediately and the money would reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days!
